SHR-650IV型水泥水化熱測定儀

操作規程

一、熱量計熱容量的標定

1、使用貝氏溫度計試驗前用量熱溫度計檢查貝氏溫度計零點;使用量熱溫度計時,不需調整零點,直接測定。

2、在標定熱量計熱容量的前24h將保溫瓶放內筒中,酸液攪拌棒放入保溫瓶內,蓋緊內筒蓋,再將內筒放恒溫水槽內;調整酸液攪拌棒懸臂梁使夾頭對準內筒中心孔,并將酸液攪拌棒夾緊;在恒溫水槽內加水使水面高出試驗內筒蓋,由溢流管控制高度,打開循環水泵等,使恒溫水槽內的水溫調整并保持到(20±0.1)℃,然后關閉循環水泵備用。

3、試驗前打開循環水泵,觀察恒溫水槽溫度使其保持在(20±0.1)℃,從安放貝氏溫度計孔插直頸加酸漏斗至保溫瓶內,加入硝酸溶液約410g,量取8ml40%氫氟酸,使兩種混合溶液總質量達到(425±0.1)g,然后取出加酸漏斗,插入貝氏溫度計或量熱溫度計,并保持至試驗結束。

4、開啟保溫瓶中的酸液攪拌棒,連續攪拌20min后,在貝氏溫度計或量熱溫度計上讀出酸液溫度,此后每隔5min讀一次酸液溫度,直至連續15min,每5min上升的溫度差值相等或三次溫度差值在0.002℃內時為止,記錄最后一次酸液溫度即為初測讀數,初測期結束。

5、初測期結束后,立即將事先稱量好的(7±0.001)g氧化鋅通過加料漏斗徐徐地加保溫瓶酸液中,酸液攪拌棒繼續攪拌,加料過程須在2min內完成,漏斗和毛刷上均不得殘留試樣,加料完畢蓋上膠塞,避免試驗中熱量散失。

6、從讀出初測讀數起,分別測讀20min、40min、60min、80min、90min,120min時溶解期內貝氏溫度計或量熱溫度計的讀數,這一過程為溶解期。

二、水泥溶解熱的測定

1、按第一款中第1~4項規定進行準備工作和初測期試驗,并記錄初測溫度。

2、讀出初測溫度后,立即將預先稱好的(3±0.001)g試樣在2min內通過加料漏斗徐徐加入酸液中,漏斗、稱量瓶及毛刷上均不得殘留試樣,加料完畢蓋上膠塞;然后按規定的各品種水泥測讀溫度的間隔時間,準時讀記貝氏溫度計讀數溶解期第一次和第二次測讀時的貝氏溫度計讀數。

三、試驗結束,關閉電機電源,取出貝克曼溫度計和加料漏斗,松開夾頭使之與酸液攪拌棒分離,再松開搖臂鎖定裝置并偏轉搖臂,取出內筒并打開筒蓋,取出耐酸塑料杯并倒去廢液。用清水把耐酸塑料杯、酸液攪拌棒和貝克曼溫度計尾部沖洗干凈,用脫脂紗布擦去水分,待水干后重新安裝。注意:涂蠟部分應當完好,否則須重涂。
